Warranty Limitations

The limited warranties provided herein exclusively address manufacturing defects, excluding damage resulting from the product impacting the ground or other objects. This limited warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear. The value recoverable from all given warranties will be proportioned across the duration of the respective limited warranty itself. In all instances, the warranty claimant will bear responsibility for all shipping and/or freight costs incurred by the claimant or EG Umbrellas due to a warranty claim. The cost of labor for installing parts covered under warranty is not included.

All warranty claims necessitate submission with the original proof of purchase, dated from the original dealer. Furthermore, the claimant must provide a description of the damaged product, elaborating on the circumstances of the damage, accompanied by photographs of the damage. The aforementioned warranties are non-transferrable and are solely available to the initial buyer of EG Umbrellas products. EG Umbrellas, at its exclusive discretion, retains the authority to mend, substitute, or modify any product stemming from a warranty claim or other circumstances. EG Umbrellas reserves the right to enhance products and alter designs; consequently, components and parts from older design models might not be accessible under warranty or for purchase otherwise.
